Dr. Radhika Shrivastava Adholeya, is a well known practicing medical doctor for past 20 years. She is working closely with Government's health projects for reforming health care, through training's and travelling across the globe for knowledge sharing. She has presented papers in many international conferences on Quality health care. She is recipient of Senior Research Fellowship of ICMR, International HTA fellowship, Six Sigma Green belt & NABH assessor ship, apart from her professional degrees, MBBS, MS & MBA. She has worked in many govt. & corporate hospitals like Northern Railway Central Hospital ( NRCH), Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi & Columbia Asia Hospital. She has her own clinic in Sector 7 Dwarka, New Delhi.
MBA in hospital management and International Health Policy research from US, Ms. Anupama has 15 + years of experience of working in health care industry of India, graduated as a radiology paramedical. Afghanistan, US and Singapore. She has lead clinical departments in corporate hospitals, held senior positions in consulting and academia. She also has been researching policy issues of healthcare industry. Ms. Anupama is currently engaged with Ministry of Health Family Welfare India in executing National Quality Assurance Program for government hospitals across India. She is also engaged with Ministry of Public Health Afghanistan and NGO's for improving healthcare system of Afghanistan, She is editorial board review member for Bulletin of World Health Organisation and certified auditor for Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Indian quality assurance systems.
Being passionate about Digital Health, Madhu has an extensive experience of working in/and with government healthcare IT systems (Telemedicine/eHealth/PHRMS), program management & implementation, monitoring, evaluation & learning, capacity building, data visualization and system strengthening. She is dedicated, enthusiastic and hard-working health professional with a comprehensive academic background. She has rich national and international experience in research in diverse areas. Associated with the Project Women in ‘The Giving Chain’, a social impact projects, seeking to aid humanitarian crises and regional emergencies. The Giving Chain is the recipient of a Government Blockchain Association Award for Social Impact in 2020 and an honorary mention at the Big Apps Blockchain challenge. She has been the recipient of TEEP-India fellowship at Taipei Medical University, Taiwan.
Dr. Rashmi is a practicing physician with more than three decades of experience in sexual and reproductive health, child health and primary care. She has worked with several international organizations like MSI Reproductive Choices, Jhpiego, Abt Associates, Oxford Policy Management and Population Services International in the field of sexual and reproductive care and family planning, both in the private and public sector, along with country level management, quality assurance and monitoring and evaluation of health projects and service delivery programs. She is an expert in adolescent and women’s health issues and has presented papers in many national & international conferences on SRH and primary care. She has also been part of teams that triggered and expanded adoption of newer contraceptives like contraceptive implants and injectable contraceptives in India. An international Master Trainer and Quality assessor , she is passionate about women’s health and empowerment and ensuring all women and young people have equitable access to the information and services they need to realize their right to the highest possible attainable standard of sexual and reproductive health – free of discrimination, stigma, coercion and violence. Her overarching goal is to achieve “Quality Health Care for All”.
Shalini Gulati a post graduate in Social Work, having more than 25 years of experience in skilling, placing and mobilised resources, built network and alliances across various platforms.
She has worked with Non-governmental Organisation at national and international levels. Amar Jyoti Rehabilitation & Research Center, PHD Chamber of Commerce, WASME , Project Concern International, Navprerna and Katha. Currently she leads the Placement and Alliances team in Noida Deaf Society (NDS) and is responsible for facilitating placement & livelihood opportunities for SHI youth as well as Skill Development under NIOS and PMKVY. She specialises in Training, Livelihood, Skill Development, Resource Mobilization and Networking. In Noida deaf society, with her team she has placed more than 2500 SHI candidates in IT, retail, hospitality, manufacturing and other sectors.
She is a recipient of Ideals of Rotary by Rotary club, Noida in 2004 for her contribution in the sector of disability.
In 2007, Shalini was chosen as a one of the 10 applicants from a pool of over many hundreds, to attend a fund raising training program in London for 7 days and completed the said course successfully.
She is a certified Rehabilitation Counsellor from the esteemed Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She strongly believes that she is capable of incurring not only extrinsic development but holistic growth with long term benefits in the organisation. Through the years of her experience and education, she has efficient project planning and effective execution skills. Though gratifying, development sector is extremely challenging as well. Alliances and associations with entrepreneurs and corporates have given her the much needed lobbying ability. Struggle and hardships faced during the course of her career have made her an optimist.
Tasneem is a Social Activist, Certified Nutritionist & Life style Consultant Athlete and a Fitness trainer. She has been invited as speaker and guest of honour in multiple international and national events. She is working with BPP university of London UK as a nutrition and fitness expert. She is also working with various government schools & universities and various NGOs for under privilege children, acid survivor, under privilege women.
She has done lot of research and field work in the area of upliftment of underprivileged kids and woman. She has not only contributed through various NGOs but also created a scalable and robust model to enable a seamless integration of collective effort through virtual channel.
Her research area includes on how to rectify various health and psychological issues in underprivileged kids and woman through an affordable and balance nutrition program. She has done extensive study of PCOD and Menstrual health for woman and created various proactive strategy to minimize the impact of the same. She has created an architecture of virtual network collaboration to enable implementation of various social activities across the globe by leveraging a pool of motivated experts in various areas. She is instrumental in driving various ‘Adopt a kid’ programs across India to enable a better education for slum kids. Through her persistent and dedicated research and field work, she is able to create a positive impact across thousands of Kids and women across the globe.
