Received Global Grant Rotary Humanitarian Project: Empowering and Independence through Hygiene for School girls and women
In the heart of Ungma village, Mokokchung district, we set up a Telemedicine Women’s Health Clinic with support from the Women Innovation Grant by DST/IIT Delhi and guidance from the WEE Fellowship at IIT Delhi.
For many women here, healthcare was hours away — now, it’s just a conversation away. Through our Telemedicine OPD, we have reached over 800 women, offering them access to medical advice, timely treatment, and hope. We have identified and referred high-risk pregnancies, managed chronic conditions like hypertension and diabetes, and addressed menstrual health issues with compassion and care.
To bridge language and cultural barriers, we trained local nursing staff, empowering them to be a trusted link between the community and modern healthcare.
Our work and its impact were recognized internationally, and we were proud to present it at the APAMI Conference in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in 2018.

Health Patri Project 2020-2022
We introduced Health Patri, an electronic health card that securely stores a patient’s complete medical history in one place. With Health Patri, patients remain the true custodians of their own data, ensuring privacy, accessibility, and control over their health information.

Sehat Mobile Van Project (MMSV)
In the remote hills of Tehri district, where specialist healthcare often feels out of reach, we brought the doctors to the people. With support from the PHD Chamber of Commerce and a Rotary Global Grant (2022–2023), our Super Specialist Telemedicine Clinics served 30 villages across the blocks of Pratapnagar and Jakhnidhar.
A mobile medical van became a lifeline, travelling from village to village, Monday through Saturday. It wasn’t just an OPD — it was a gateway to early detection and treatment. We screened for high blood pressure, diabetes, orthopedic and arthritis-related problems, and even suspected cancer cases, ensuring timely referrals and interventions.
Every month, renowned doctors from Delhi provided 7 days of super specialist consultations, while 21 days were dedicated to general OPD services — a rare opportunity for many here to access such expertise without leaving their community.
Over 18 months, this project touched the lives of more than 10,000 people, replacing long, difficult journeys to hospitals with quality care delivered right at their doorstep.
